I need somebody to call me. I've tried three times, and nobody answers.

I spoke to a lady on the phone yesterday; she was supposed to fix my account. She has done nothing and promised me to return my funds into my account. She has done nothing. Please help me.

Cancel subscription, cannot afford it right now. I live on a fixed income, and I have run across some unforeseen troubles at this time and can no longer afford the subscription. I recommend it.

I could not sign your prime video through my TV. It kept saying need billing verification required.

I tried them online. I tried Chad. I tried to get them to call me when I did get somebody. He was a ring around the circle answer and nothing helped.

I finally figured out myself to delete my Roku bedroom device and reinstate it then I could finally watch it. They really need to get this fixed for customers.

Was chatting with Prime Video about a technical problem; apparently, they use a company called Just Answer. In the chat, I was told to go to Just Answer, and for a $5.00 refundable fee, I could chat with a technician.

But instead of getting charged and refunded $5.00, I was charged $95.00.

I tried to get a refund, but even with proof of conversation, they refuse to refund. I will take it up with the credit card.

I am an eligible Access Prime member. I was charged $7.29 on 6/9/26 through my Direct Express card when I should have been given a 30-day free trial and charged $7.42 on 7/9/26, also on my Direct Express government-issued card.

Now there's an indication my membership has been canceled. Do I need further proof of Prime Access eligibility if my Prime Access membership fee is charged to my Direct Express government-issued card?

U keep taking money out my account after closed account minths ago and you keep takung $12.99 24th of March 26 and recently $12.99 23rd of April 2026?

Everytime I want to watch Prime Video it says I have to renew my subscription and when I open it, his name is there, How do I remove his name so that my Prime Video account can return back to normal?
