It's says on my TV peacock premium pay from Amazon prime video On Aug 6th 2026 ... I write and called for many hours and nobody could find my acct ...so they refused to send it back ...my Banks disputing it now !

The service I purchased is not working and I never received a refund when I upgraded
- - Unable to access Paramount+ channels on TV after upgrading.
- - Refunds for essentials promised but not received; premium upgrade didn't fix it.
I order paramount plus through Amazon Prime Video with the essentials package for 8+ dollars and I did not get the service on my television so I called customer service and told them what my problem was that I wasnt able to get the channels I was told was part of my Paramount+ package subscription and I was told that the reason why I wasnt getting to certain shows was because I needed to upgrade so I did and they said they would refund me back dollars for the essentials subscription which I never received so I paid the 1499 for the more exclusive content package and still couldnt get it to work on my TV. Ive been on the phone with customer service two or three times about this and for a long time and the last person I talked, you said that to take a screenshot and send it to him which I did then he said hes gonna talk to his colleagues and have them call me the next day well that was last week and its still not heard anything back from him about this issue. Im pretty perturbed with their service and is why Im writing this review because Im a pissed consumer.

You'll overcharged me 2 payments on July 17th for 15.46. Give a phone number for Prime Video.
You'll scam me for 2 payments the same day. This is my first and probably last time dealing with Prime because you all overcharged me.
So if I don't get a refund, give me my 2 months' subscription. I don't want to cancel my subscription, so I should have credit for 2 months.
