I was very shocked and appalled when I heard the sacred music of the "Ave Maria" song on one of your Amazon Prime commercials. This is a disgrace to the Catholic community, as this sacred song is used for our funerals and religious ceremonies. How dare you think that...

Amazon Prime Video - No place for Ave Marie

I too am appalled & shocked at the use of such a sacred song... Schubert's "Ave Marie." Obviously your uninformed PR/Ad people are not aware of the fact that the "Ave Marie" latin lyrics are actually the prayer the Blessed Mother, the mother of Jesus, gave to the world....."The Hail Mary" which is the central prayer of the Catholic Rosary. So, not only is this song (hymn) used at our regular Sunday Catholic Masses, but also at weddings and funerals. For decades these sacred words have been put to beautiful music in compsitions by Schubert, Bach/Gounod & Mozart. Maybe you should fire the person who so stupidly would have the fall to utilize this sacred song to sell your Amazon website for nothing but merchandise. Mary, the Mother of Jesus, is certainly not very happy!!!!!! Stop using this tasteless, insulting & sacraligous TV ad!!! You should know better.....shame on you people!

Amazon is stingy as all *** with their customers. I was shocked when I looked into buying a Kindle and found out that they sell it WITHOUT a charging cable because "customers probably already have the right cable lying around the house!" -- a big fat lie, and a cheap...

Amazon Prime Video - Cancel service

I am being billed from my bank account for prime video, which I have not ordered. I do believe one of my grandchildren did order it and has used my account for the monthly payment. I want the account closed immediately. Upon it being closed I am quite sure the culprit will show to ask what happened. My name is Brenda Crisp and you can email me at daycare70@yahoo.com to get card information . Thank you

Amazon Prime Video in Chester, South Carolina - As soon as I am interested in a video, Amazon says I have to pay for it.

Was watching Glass Castles & next day found out I had to pay to watch the rest of it. Other movies I was interested in watching are only available by paying.;

Amazon Prime Video - they don't know what the h--- they're doing.

I've tried to use Amazon Prime Video to rent movies & watch them on my subscription. Nothing but trouble. If I scroll too fast through my list of movies on the TV screen, it freezes up. I had to unplug the whole system - TV, receiver, DVD player, everything, to get it going again. Now the aspect ratio of Amazon Prime movies displayed on the TV is all wrong - those with a 2.39:1 ratio are stretched to fit the screen, distorting everything. Movies on my DVD player or on Netflix look fine - it's just Amazon Prime Video. I don't think anyone at Amazon Prime Video knows what they're doing. Avoid at all cost.
